Work Based Learning: The Formation of the team "Aakri kada"

"Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success"- Henry Ford.
Me, sharath, Calvina and Joseph made the decision to form a group based on our mutual enthusiasm for the site Store House 9.We discovered ourselves as "Aakri Kada," which means "antique shop" in English, since we all come from four distinct professions.

We spoke with Melena, our mentor, and told her about our choice to form the group. Making a creative workspace in Dockyard Boathouse 6 is the focus of our endeavour. She then gave us a great instructor, Suzane, a wonderful tutor who would help us through the entire project's journey. As part of our initial task, we had to draft a site contract that would inform us of every detail of the project.

Suzanne was happy with our work when we showed her our draft contract. After that, she gave us the instructions we required to effectively carry out the deal.It was encouraging to witness her active involvement and genuine interest in our progress.

We discovered a great deal of information regarding the location and the history of Dockyard from our research we did for preparing the contrat. To discuss the contract, we held a number of Zoom meetings.Through careful research and collaborative effort, our team was successful in presenting a polished contract to Suzanne.

Crafting a contract for Work based learning was an eye-opening experience, demanding attention to detail, effective collabration and commitment to continuous improvement. This endevour helped us understand that with the right guidance and support, it's possible to achieve great things and learn from each other.
